"She is. I don't know about having nothing on me, though," Vira said shyly. "Wait until you meet her- boys are always after her. It drives Seth crazy." Vira looked down at her pasta, not even having noticed the waiter's arrival. She swirled her fork absentmindedly, remembering some of her own friends in Bar Harbor who had decided to pursue Anaesty.

Vira looked up from her avocadoes. Really, she thought. "Wait until you meet her. I won't begrudge you changing your mind, but I will warn you that I think she has a boyfriend now." She idly swirled her fork through the vinaigrette and tomatoes in the small salad.

Vira laughed a bit. "Every boy I have ever liked has fallen for Anaesty eventually. It's not her fault; she is an attractive, powerful Bre'a. Her father is our chief. Any man who manages to make her return his love would be in a position for next chief of our tribe."

"Well. Im not looking to be a cheif. Im merely looking to have dinner with a very beautiful girl who I met by the river." His eyes were soft as he stared at Vira's lovely face. It was so weird to feel this way, when it had been just him and Kayla for so long.

Vira smiled a bit, not used to this attention from a member of the opposite gender. She took a moment to finish her pasta, then looked at Noah. "That's the first time I've ever heard that from anyone's mouth. Of course, you're the first nonbre'a male that I have ever met except for some boys at my old primary school..."

Noah just smiled at her and finished his meal. The waitor came back with a bill and Noah swiftly pulled out the cash needed. "Keep the tip John." He said casually.

"Please. I get a discount so really it is no big deal. My treat for telling me about the Brea. Maybe I can find something out about myself there. That is far better than this dinner." He was genuinly curious about the tribe she had come from.

"Maybe during Christmas you can come home with me," Vira said quietly. "Maybe Seth or one of the others knows you." She was nervous, but not so much. What was there to be nervous about? He was a nice boy, and she wanted to help him find who he was.

"Im out with a beautiful girl. Why wouldnt I be nervous?" He smiled and stood to his feet. Grabbing his coat Noah looked at Vira. "Its getting late and I dont want to keep you out to late."
